Outline It is one-component modified epoxy resin. Durable bonds are produced after heated for a period of time. The bond remains to be tough and shockproof.
Applications The adhesive is mainly applied in such fields as bonding piezoelectric ceramics to metal foils.
Features It is one-component white sticky liquid.
Two steps are followed to cure the adhesive, firstly, excellent initial handling strength will be formed after heated at 90℃ for 30 minutes.
Secondly, permanent bonds can be got after heated at 120℃ for 2 hours.
It is resistant to shocks, ultraviolet light and extreme weather once it cures because it is durable and with good ductility and low contraction coefficient.
Being heat-resistant, it adapts to a wide range of temperature and bonds well under high temperature.
Being moderate in viscosity, the surface appears smooth and bright after curing.
Apply the adhesive to the surface of the substrates directly or fill it into the gap, then heat it.
You¡¯ll get long term durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, oils, and temperature extremes.
Being stable, its storage time is one year.

Instruction 1.To get the best results, the two surfaces being bonded should be free of oils, dirt, moisture and other contaminants and should be slightly roughed or sanded to remove gloss.
2. Spray or brush the adhesive on the films.
3. put the film onto the plates ,and apply some pressure on them, heat it with 100℃, wait for 30minutes, and then adjust the temperature to 120℃£¬ and heat for 60minutes.
